Monday – Friday, 9am – 2pm

We are currently looking for a Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our Bedford Heights Reception, and to provide an efficient and customer focused business support service.
What you will be doing:
Receiving and welcoming visitors, customers and deliveries
Dealing with customer queries in a confidential and empathetic manner
Providing an efficient and customer focused business support service
Ensuring good information flow and communications across departments
Be the main point of contact for all deliveries on site
Processing electronic data (scanning, indexing, redacting)
Providing administrative support for an active wellbeing programme
We’d love to meet someone with:
Experience of working in a customer facing role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong listening skills, with a high level of empathy
Basic IT literacy (including Excel, Word and Outlook)
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent organisation skills with an ability to prioritise workload
