Opportunity

The finance team in London includes both client invoicing and purchase ledger functions; this role will provide additional support for both, working closely with client handlers to ensure the timely invoicing of third-party costs to our clients as well as ensuring that supplier invoices are correctly approved, coded in the finance system and paid in accordance with our payment terms. This role will also be very hands on with staff expense claim reviews.

We will provide study support for the AAT exams.

Our work in Finance

The UK Finance team oversees all the financial responsibilities for the UK including, but not limited to, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Treasury, Month End Reporting, Statutory & Compliance and internal reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Thorough checks of staff expense claims to ensure coding and VAT treatment are correct and ensure completeness of supporting documentation
  • Assistance with posting of supplier invoices
  • Client invoicing for third party costs and disbursements
