This is an exciting opportunity to join our Terminal team at Birmingham Airport. If you have experience of engaging with departing customers to understand their needs and offer a tailored assistance plan for their journey or have similar experience, then this will be the role for you.
If you take pride in your communication skills, and delivering world class assistance experience to both disabled and non-disabled customers then come join our dedicated Assisted Travel team who make a difference daily to the quality of travel of the passengers at the airport.
No two days will be the same, you may be answering phone calls from help points across site one day, then completing appropriate checks in line with regulatory CAA requirements. You will be expected to display a considerable amount of judgement and organisation.
