Job Title: Talent Partner

JOB PURPOSE
Talent Partner engages with business stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of business needs and priorities and translate the talent resourcing need into successful talent resourcing execution. (i.e. using Be Resourceful and Open Talent Economy approach). Talent Partner leads the delivery of talent resourcing needs with total talent approach, in line with people strategy, working with diverse range of people & cultures.
The role uses local talent market intelligence and on-the-ground awareness to co-craft talent sourcing approach with the business, aligning talent strategy with hiring decisions support. Working closely with Key Business Stakeholders, Talent Partner brings in talent with creativity whilst ensuring Unilever is positioned as Employer of Choice in the markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partnering with Business Stakeholders, places talent through conducting end-to-end talent research & sourcing, achieving targets on candidate experience, hiring manager satisfaction, timeliness & quality of candidate.
- Driving the hiring process for active requirements: from talent advisory briefing meetings with external market insights; to setting-up effective selection processes; to effectively screening applications, including reviewing CVs and office-based interviews making informed judgements on shortlists; to advising our business on the key skills and characteristics that matter most to our organisation.
- Based on business briefings; actively conduct candidate searches - considering the Open Talent Economy & searching the wide range of different talent profiles (External, Internal, Flex, Freelancers)
- Support running employer brand activations in social media, develop relevant content for Talent Communities to drive engagement through hyper targeting campaigns.
- Anticipating business needs; approaching and engaging high-quality passive and active talent (approaching and engaging through multiple mediums), building talent ecosystems that meet our current and future skill and capability requirements.
- Actively building proactive talent pipelines. Building awareness of the internal and external talent landscape across a range of functions, develop a holistic view of talent in discipline.
- Maintaining high standards of performance during the peaks in workload (able to manage 20 vacancies, as well as participating value-add proactive talent resourcing or talent attraction events)

- Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative & proactive talent solutions to problems. Understands the Business: Takes an active interest in what we do as a business and how we do it - a commercial focus and proactive action orientation is essential.

Location
In September 2020, Unilever announced the intention to build a new sustainable campus site in Kingston, London to house the employees who currently work in 100 Victoria Embankment in Blackfriars, Lever House in Kingston and Graze in Richmond. We are creating our own Unilever sustainable, agile work environment, purposefully bringing us together in our own Unilever ecosystem. The campus is due to be completed in early 2025 and will consist of two interconnected buildings, as well as landscaped surrounding areas.
