Job description
Do you enjoy working with children and adults with disabilities? Do you want to make a difference to people’s lives by working alongside them? An opportunity has arisen to work with a small case management company in Kent.
Kent Case Management Ltd is an established case management company that provides support for adults and children who have sustained life changing brain injuries. We work alongside the medicolegal and Court of Protection systems. We work with clients within London, Kent, Essex and Sussex to support them with their rehabilitation, helping to engage therapists, and to coordinate therapy and health services. We support clients to recruit support worker teams and work with clients to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
Kent Case Management is regulated by the Care Quality Commission. We achieved a ‘Good’ rating across all 5 domains and overall.
The role is part time, with the work pattern negotiable (though the successful applicant must work Tuesday or Thursday of each week). Hours of the contract are 24 hours per week. Hours may increase as the business grows, and at peak times. You must be confident to drive to clients across the south east, and able to attend induction and company meetings in our offices near Maidstone, Kent. During your six-month probationary period, you will work from our offices two days per week, and from home the rest of your working week. After this time the role will be home based if this works for the business.
Knowledge of working in the case management industry is an advantage, but not essential.
This role would suit a Kent based nurse, therapist, social worker, senior carer or team leader or someone from a related profession.
