We are looking for a Healthcare Assistant to join our team and provide support to our medical staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a commitment to providing quality patient care. The Healthcare Assistant will be responsible for assisting with patient care, administrative tasks, and providing support to the medical team. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Assist in the administration of medications and treatments.
- Maintain patient records and document care provided.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with patient transfers, positioning, and mobility.
- Provide basic patient care such as changing bed linens and cleaning rooms.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
