Job description
Site based on a New Build 166 unit appartment block. To provide support to the Commercial Team and the site team.
To provide support and assistance towards the financial management of the joint venture maintenance contract, ensuring that financial targets are achieved.
- To Validate and approve subcontractor quotations to ensure value for money is achieved • To reconcile subcontractor valuations and payments.
•To analyse and review commercial and operational data to help the business make informed & strategical decisions to achieve optimal profitability.
Assist in procurement of materials for site, daily monitoring of Contractors to assist site team.
8.00am - 4.00pm Monday - Friday. Competive salar
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
