Reception and Administration Assistant
Salary: £23,500 per annum plus yearly company increase
Location: Guildford (GU1 4HD)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm
Work Model: 100% in office due to the nature of the role

Purpose of the role
Following a change within the team, we require an enthusiastic Receptionist, who also has experience in administration, with a desire to bring energy and life to our Front of House.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception -
- You will greet clients and visitors to the office with warmth and professionalism, notifying employees of their visitor’s arrival when necessary.
- You will be required to provide high level services to staff, clients, and guests.
- Handle additional projects as assigned including handling sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.
Administration –
- On occasion you will need to provide assistance off the front desk, scanning and copying, along with handling incoming mail.
Key Skills
- Exceptional customer service skills to effectively greet and communicate with callers and visitors.
- Ability to communicate with co-workers and clients effectively and professionally.
- Attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and quality.
- Prior administration experience would be desirable.
