Reporting to Neuropsychologist and Clinical Lead, the Assistant Psychologist will for supporting the delivery of psychological and neuropsychological assessment and intervention to adults with acquired brain injury and progressive neurological conditions, working as a member of the multidisciplinary Inspire Neurocare team, under the supervision of the neuropsychologist.

Could you be part of our team?
For this role, you'll have:
- Demonstrable experience of working within a related setting as an assistant psychologist.
- Have an understanding of the needs and difficulties of people with neurological problems and possess experience of working with challenging behaviour.
- Experience of using psychological approaches for individual based therapy or group based therapy.
- Have an understanding of the needs and difficulties of people with neurological problems.
- Has an understanding of the needs and difficulties of adults across the age spectrum.
- Has an ability to apply existing theoretical knowledge to a neuropsychological context
- Commitment to make a real difference to the lives of our patients.
- Excellent communications skills, a great attitude to teamwork and a desire to lead on patient care.
