We are seeking talented individuals that want to join us as Assistant Project Managers, that can work with us in our Infrastructure Division. While you will assist in the delivery of infrastructure projects, joining Mace is to join a company that believes in your individuality, your potential, and we will support you in developing opportunities and building your career.
We are actively seeking people that have transferable skills and that perhaps wouldn’t have considered Transport Infrastructure in the past to support us in driving change and diverse thinking in the industry.
Core elements of the role may include:
- Supporting and defining the successful delivery of the project or programme, achieving high client satisfaction scores
- Working as part of an integrated project team that brings together people with One Vision across a number of companies,Stakeholders and Third Parties
- Ensuring a safe and collaborative working environment where people thrive
- Assisting on the leading multidisciplinary teams in matrix organisations to meet client outcomes.
- Managing and outperforming against the contrct (typically NEC4)
- Contributing to the review of project performance and production of reporting to drive continuous improvement
- Assigning and following-up project actions e.g. reporting project progress, monitoring costs and progress, acceptance of project specific procedures.
- Maintain records, traceable files and arrange archiving on closure of the project as appropriate.
- Role modelling and championing social value initiatives
- Ensure compliance against our quality management system to ensure we are meeting client outcomes and standards.
We are looking for people to join our teams in the Northwest, but all geographies will be considered. Full time and Part time opportunities are available.
