Working arrangement: hybrid working, minimum 2 days per week in the office

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Burridge at what is an exciting time of change for the business and the Projects team.

The role will involve encrypted data link projects including major stakeholders in the defense industry.

Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain SC Security Clearance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To support the delivery of projects, bids and PV funded development to time and budget
  • Project management of smaller projects (>£50k) and provide project support to multiple Projects ranging in size up to ~£20m
  • Cost and Schedule Management
  • Project Reporting (internal/external)
  • Sub-contract Management
  • Security Management
  • Risk, Issue and Opportunity Management
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Bid Management
  • Development of Best Practice
  • Business Process Continual Improvement
Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
  • Possess drive, energy and enthusiasm to motivate
  • Experience in project lifecycle management
  • Experience of managing schedules, costs, risks and opportunities.
  • Highly competent in MS Office tools including MS Project and MS Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Awareness of basic project/product cost and pricing techniques
  • Experience with collating and presenting financial data reports
  • Highly organised and experienced at working to tight deadlines
  • Experience in working with ERP systems
  • APM PMQ / Agile or equivalent would be beneficial
