We are on the hunt for our next Assistant Manager Superstar to join The Steamhouse Dream Team. We are looking for an individual with intrinsic communication skills, someone who will be able to motivate and inspire their team, and act as fundamental support to their Store Manager. Additionally, a love for all things food and beverage related is absolutely integral for the role.

As the Assistant Manager of The Steamhouse, you will be responsible for:
- Working along side and supporting the General Manager in all day-to-day operations of the business
- Leading from the front; motivating and developing the Front of House team in all aspects of service
- Maintaining systems to ensure that operational procedures are kept up to standard
- Making certain that all products that leave the kitchen or the business are up to brand standard, and training your team to do the same
- Ensuring that there is enough staff to fulfil all roles everytime you are on duty
- Communicating fluidly with the kitchen team, upholding an excellent relationship with between Front of House and Back of House
- Delivering the highest standard of customer service
- Ensuring that the business as a whole remains compliant and safe with HSE regulations, along-side the General Manager, to protect all team and guests.
- Deputising the General Manager position to cover any holiday or sickness
