With additional surgeries in Barnsley, Rotherham and Doncaster, our Lincoln surgery is a dynamic, forward-thinking practice, offering outstanding patient care and client service. Facilities include 7 consult rooms, 2 op theatres, digital processing, ultrasound, QCR laboratory.
As a key member of the surgery’s team, this role is responsible for creating a positive, welcoming, friendly and efficient environment for TPV clients and their pets; and in doing so, driving excellence in customer service and patient care. The degree of proactivity of this role has a direct correlation with the revenue of the surgery.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing individual, with a particular emphasis on excellent communication and customer service skills to work with our existing friendly and supportive Customer Care team in Lincoln.

The opening hours are 8-19:00 weekdays, 08:00-15:00 Sat and 08:30-15:00 Sunday. Working hours will be spread across 5 days a week to include weekends.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £5.28-£10.42 per hour
