Our Role

As an Agile Business Analyst at the Havas Lynx Group, you will have already established yourself as someone who understand the importance of requirements capture and translation and can easily apply requirements gathering techniques to elicit specifications from client and agency partners to ensure the smooth handover and implementation phase of any project.

You will be a true interlocator between commercial objectives and technical requirements, with a keen eye for detail and a desire to ensure all avenues are explored and outlined.

What you can expect to be doing:

  • Lead conversations with multiple departments (UX, Design, CX Strategy, tech, client) in order to understand complexity and priority of requirements and shape the appropriate approach for development
  • Work closely with development partners in order to prioritise and plan project delivery and sprint cycles in a composable, iterative fashion, ensuring ultimate product integrity as standard
  • Work with more junior team members to ensure backlogs are maintained and specifications are kept up to date for the products you work on by employing a documentation-first approach to your work

What we’d like to see from you:

  • Have a good understanding of Gherkin and Cucumber syntax when composing user acceptance criteria, ensuring that stories are solution-agnostic and driven by stakeholder needs
  • The ability to gather requirements proficiently, employing a variety of differing techniques
  • Ability to structure complex information in a logical and accessible way
  • Financially and commercially aware
  • Working effectively and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Adept presentation skills
  • Proficient organisation of work and self
