The Lost City Adventure Golf, seeks an experienced Assistant manager.
We’re an exciting new company committed to rolling out The Lost City Adventure Golf across the UK. Our assistant manager will report straight to the operations Manager of The Lost City and will play an integral role in developing the business and brand.
The ideal person will have experience in a similar role managing a workforce, applicants must have an ability to multi task and a dedication to excellent customer service.
Together with your Ops Manager, you will be responsible for creating a fun, vibrant atmosphere for our adventure-golf, bar and food service to all customers…all in an Amazon rainforest setting!
What you will do:
· Deputise for the manager in their absence.
· Help to train, motivate and support team members including Front of House to ensure they deliver a consistent first-class service.
· Demonstrate a high degree of interpersonal skills with members of the public and all levels of staff.
· Create a warm welcome for guests, making first impressions count to ensure experiences delight from the start.
· Keep a watchful eye over customer feedback to maintain high standards and improve where necessary.
· Act as an inspiring role model and develop excellent working relations with all members of staff and management.
· Commit wholeheartedly to your own learning and development.
· Ensure compliance with hygiene and health and safety legislation and take responsibility for your own health and safety in the workplace.
· Channel your creativity and contribute ideas to the management team for continuous improvement in the business and in the customer experience.
