Scope and position
The District Manager Uk & Ireland will be primarily responsible for all sales activities for the purpose of achieving or exceeding sales growth targets, developing new accounts, building strong customer relationships, and establishing ESCO as a "value-added" leader in the marketplace. In this postion you wil develop and maintain strong customer alliances and highly effective distribution channels. You will give both technical and commercial support to the Dealers' salesforce. You will train the dealers and agents and customers as well on the use, maintenance an added value of Esco products.
Further task and responsibilities
- You participate in developing and recommending new product ideas or improvements of present products to meet needs in market place, and communicates these ideas to higher management
- Identify and understands market trends that will affect call load, distribution and planning process.
- You work complient with ESCO's sales processes by adhering to standard work; this in includes daily activity logs, opportunity management, and customer contact information.

Further you bring
- Education: BA, BS or equivalent degree in a technical field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in earthmoving, mining, quarrying or bucket industry is required,
- Solid Account Management skills
- Interest for AI and Computer Vision solutions is an asset
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem solving skills
- Fluent in English and knowledge of another European language is a plus
- Comfortable working in a remote setting with team and line management abroad
- Home office based position and be able to travel to the assigned territory with strong focus on North Midlands
- The flexibility to travel at least 4 days a week
