First Intuition (FI) is an award winning, premier provider of professional training, including apprenticeships and has recently been awarded Outstanding provider status by Ofsted. The company has grown, since its establishment in 2009, to having a network of study centres with more than 80 employees.
To support this continued growth, FI is seeking to appoint a Skills and Development Coach within the Apprenticeship Team reporting to the Skills & Development Coach Manager.
A Skills & Development Coach is a core element of the First Intuition apprenticeship programme. The role is the first point of contact for apprentices and their organisations. The Skills & Development Coach role is fundamental to supporting apprentice’s progression and achievements. Duties will include on-boarding of new apprentices, conducting progress reviews, providing guidance and feedback, promoting the importance of Safeguarding, communicating with the apprentice’s training manager, supporting the development of functional skills and documenting evidence of progress.
