M Restaurants are looking for a professional and experienced Assistant Manager, to come and join our already fantastic team to provide high-end guest service. This is a role where you will need to hit the ground running, with your knowledge already at a high level, for what is an integral role for the business. The ideal candidate will work closely with the senior managers to run and smooth and successful operation in terms of finance, product and people. They will focus on exceeding the expectations of the guests and provide the best possible experience.

You will:
- Have a passion for hospitality and exceptional service standards with attention to detail
- Have previous experience working as a Head Waiter or within the management team of a high-volume restaurant, and be able to cope well in a high-pressure environment
- Knowledge of Open Table
- Be a Brand Ambassador
- Preferably have a WSET Level 2 and a strong knowledge of wine and cocktails
- Support the day to day restaurant operations and ensure smooth running of all aspects of the business
- Be an excellent communicator and aspirational leader
- Focus on guest feedback from revinate and mystery diners
- Drive the M culture and practice an open-door policy with the team, making time to ensure employee welfare
