Our holistic approach means supporting clients to improve their general well-being, whether this is supporting to relieve stress surrounding day-to-day appointments or helping them access specialist services to meet their health needs.
You will gain experience of working in partnership with colleagues in Local Authority Housing, Police and Social Care Sectors, as well as colleagues in the Voluntary Sector, to support and promote the best possible outcomes for our clients.
