Technical Business Analyst / Managing Consultant

Technical Business Analyst / Managing Consultant
Requirements:
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Managing Consultant, to join our consulting team.

At least, 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferable in a software development or IT environment.
Solid understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Essential Skills:
- Proven 5-years’ experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a software development or IT environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience and proficiency on the delivery of BA artefacts on multiple, concurrent and/ or complex programmes of work:
- Work package and Problem statement definition
- Impact analysis
- Definition of scope, objectives and approach
- Stakeholder mapping
- RAID development
- Business requirement elicitation, documentation, validation, prioritisation, review and sign-off
- User stories
- Functional specification documentation
- facilitation, stakeholder 1 to 1, interviews, questionnaire creation
- Gap analysis, Root cause analysis
- Solution assessment and validation
Desirable skills:
- Prior experience working within a consultancy
- BCS or IIBA Certifications
- Knowledge of data analysis and modelling techniques
