Technical Business Analyst / Managing Consultant

Technical Business Analyst / Managing Consultant

Requirements:

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Managing Consultant, to join our consulting team.

At least, 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferable in a software development or IT environment.

Solid understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Essential Skills:

  • Proven 5-years’ experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a software development or IT environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into actionable requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Experience and proficiency on the delivery of BA artefacts on multiple, concurrent and/ or complex programmes of work:
  • Work package and Problem statement definition
  • Impact analysis
  • Definition of scope, objectives and approach
  • Stakeholder mapping
  • RAID development
  • Business requirement elicitation, documentation, validation, prioritisation, review and sign-off
  • User stories
  • Functional specification documentation
  • facilitation, stakeholder 1 to 1, interviews, questionnaire creation
  • Gap analysis, Root cause analysis
  • Solution assessment and validation

Desirable skills:

  • Prior experience working within a consultancy
  • BCS or IIBA Certifications
  • Knowledge of data analysis and modelling techniques
