Based on your skill set you will be part of the KSnacks team working on the snacks portfolio with opportunity to support other platforms within the Kellogg Portfolio, delivering projects to drive both Top and Bottom line growth.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
We want self-motivated people who are passionate about food to help us grow our business and build on our successful heritage. To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate the following:
Required
- Hold a degree in Food Science, Food Technology or equivalent
- Sound theoretical technical knowledge of food development
- Passion for creative product development and industrial experience in the food sector
- Prepared to travel nationally and internationally
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Show high levels of proactivity and a desire to drive results whilst keeping the consumer at the heart of what we do
WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?
- Based at UK Head Office in Manchester with some European travel.
- May require working outside of normal business hours including weekends and shift work.
- Travel to, and work in, manufacturing or test facilities are an integral part of this role
- Operation of process equipment is necessary.
- There is some flexibility to work from home, dependent on project requirements.
