About The role:
Our Food and Beverage Assistant Manager will be reporting in to the Food and Beverage Manager. Forming a close working relationship together to ensure the development of the team and smooth operation daily of food and beverage is carried out. Guest satisfaction should be the forefront to what we do and this is achieved through leadership and training. You will also undertake admin responsibilities such as KPIs, stock controls and payroll management. You will have the passion and drive to look after your team and create lasting memories for our guests. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager to take that first step.

Hours & Requirements:
40 hours (minimum) per week. Additional hours may be required to support the business at busy times, i.e. Bank Holidays.

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
