Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager - 5G Mobile Networks, to be responsible for the efficient and timely delivery of our 4G and 5G private and open-host network deployments. Working alongside Telet’s commercial and engineering leadership, over time you will establish modern and, where appropriate, innovative processes and tools that provide the foundation for dependable delivery and a reputation of excellence. You will be responsible for day to day planning and management of one of Telet’s delivery projects with specific responsibility for cost, schedule and resource coordination.
Responsibilities
- You will bring significant and extensive project management experience including efficient coordination of a number of projects concurrently
- You can demonstrate experience in the deployment of Telecommunications equipment in a range of settings with an appreciation of the practicalities, contractor and supplier eco-systems
- You will have a balanced approach to risk and the ability to deal with uncertainty, change and delay with confidence.
- Your ability to consider stakeholder perspectives and communicate appropriately and proactively will be important in developing and promoting Telet’s culture and values
- You will have confidence in dealing directly and appropriately with customers, suppliers and contractors and demonstrate an ability to negotiate assertively with positive outcomes for the business where necessary
- Ideally you will have experience in wireless and an appreciation of Telecommunications engineering. Understanding of code powers, installation of fibre optic networks (incl Openreach PIA) and coordination of wireless networking / 5G equipment.
