About The Role
Due to unprecedented growth, an exciting opportunity is available for an experienced administrator to join the team at our flagship site in the centre of a very vibrant part of London. We are looking for candidatess who share our passion for caring for our patients, and want to help them through their journey with us.
The successful applicant will work across both sites at Marylebone and Harley street.

Required Skills and Experience
There is an exciting opportunity available for someone who has attention to detail and is methodical in their work. This 6 month opportunity is to support the senior management team in London to collate and review the administration process for contracts and Radiologists reporting fees.
- The candidate will work closely with the Centre manager, AML Finance and Legal to review all contracts and ensure that the information in CPM is correct.
- The candidate must have an eye for detail and be driven to work using their own autonomy as well as within a team.
- Should there be no contract or an expired contract the candidate will work closely with the Centre manager and Legal to review and rectify if appropriate.
- The candidate will work with the finance team and manage any queries that they have regarding many current contracts and reporting fee queries.
- All contracts are to be uploaded to the AML internal contract system (Gatekeeper).
- The candidate will work with the Centre manager to create a contract tracker which will highlight key terms from the contract (Inc. service review frequency etc).
- The individual will complete Credit requests.
- The candidate must have excellent IT skills as this role will require use of a number of different computer programmes/software.
