If the above aim is something you want to be involved with, we are seeking to appoint a Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join us at the Yarrow Hotel. As a Assistant Food and Beverage manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the Food and Beverage department, focusing on the successful delivery of food and drink service across all F&B operational departments.
About You
Each team member is expected to act as an Ambassador for The Yarrow delivering individualised and personalized services for business and leisure travellers. Your task is to provide a personal, confident, conversational, direct and affirming service to make guests feel refreshed and recharged and want to return. You will have complete knowledge of your hotel and local area to ensure that our guests get the most out of their stay.
The successful candidate will be able to display excellent customer service skills and will be highly guest-focused with a passion for great service and a drive for guest satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have Industry awareness eg relevant compliance within the industry / legal standards etc and good organisational skills in order to provide an effective and efficient service.
