What you will do as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager
As Assistant Executive Housekeeper you are accountable for ensuring that the room attendants have clean linen on the floors for them to be able to complete the rooms in a timely manner. Some of the key processes include but are not limited to:
- Supporting the Executive Housekeeper
- Creating rota’s
- Checking department coverage
- Dealing with guest complaints
About you:
Ideally you have already gained work experience in the same or similar role, preferably within a prestigious hotel environment. You are passionate about providing our guests with good service and motivated to change and grow.
