Senior Healthcare Assistant – West Wing

Priory Healthcare is the UK’s leading provider of private mental health care. We currently have 2 vacancies for a Senior HCA on our Acute & Addictions Service on West Wing.

To be considered for this role you need to be flexible, enthusiastic and self motivated with a minimum of 6 months experience in healthcare.

Person specification:

NVQ Level 2, equivalent or above or be willing to progress towards taking NVQ Level 2
Fully compliant with mandatory training including Priory Academy
To be, or to become, an internal trainer for mandatory staff training.

Key Accountabilities:

Assist qualified staff with assessment and implementation of patient care plans
Induct and Mentor other HCAs
To undertake specific tasks as stated
To be willing to source further training to improve capabilities for self and staff
