What are we looking for?

We have an exciting opportunity for Operators to join our production team under our City Technology brand to be based in Portsmouth, England.

What we want you to do:

Follow all HSE rules and processes and ensure a safe working environment.
Produce CTL Products to standard in line with the documented specifications and standard operation sheets, meeting defined quality standards at the specified rate.
Always fulfil customer expectations and provide the best possible customer service.
Continuously identify and implement improvements to products and processes (with the correct authorisations)
Understands and show evidence to demonstrate competence in each of the HOS 8 behaviours defined under principal responsibilities.

Principal Responsibilities

Adhere to, and ensure others adhere to, Health and Safety rules and requirements. Operate in a safe manner. Complete daily safety checks, report and where appropriate correct incidents of unsafe behaviours and conditions.
Produce products to the defined quality standard, consistently operating the process as defined in specifications.
Complete and adhere to CTQ and FAI process controls on time.
Strive for and promote attainment of 100% OTTR (On Time to Request).
Produce products at the defined rate (productivity).
Contribute to the efficient running of the Cell. Show initiative and drive to achieve the Cell targets and demonstrate where necessary the flexibility to adapt to changing Customer needs.
Work with the Supervisor and Team Leader(s) to achieve these goals in the most effective manner. Perform, where appropriate, and with the correct authorisation, administrative duties on the Cell.
When qualified and requested conduct training of other operators.
Generate, promote, and implement ideas for continuous improvement.
