The Role – Early Morning Cleaning Operative

AM Services Group is looking for an experienced, hardworking, and enthusiastic Cleaner to assist with the cleanliness and upkeep of a large building, its offices, and meeting rooms based in the Holmes Chapel Area

This is a Full-time Permanent role 37.5hr per week, the suitable person would have transport and be available to work from 4 am to 12 noon Monday to Friday – with overtime as an option.

Duties/Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting,
• Cleaning toilets facilities
• Cleaning offices and meeting rooms
• Cleaning of the production areas and dining areas
• Cleaning windows within easy reach.
• Carry out any reasonable task requested by the Managers and Supervisors
• Operate cleaning equipment including buffers, scrubbers, and ride-on machines in accordance with the company's health and safety procedures.
• Use cleaning materials in accordance with health and safety and COSHH regulations.
• Ensure stores and equipment are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety requirements.

Skills Required

• Commitment to Customer Service with good communication skills.
• Good knowledge and experience and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
• Experience with work to tight schedules.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment.
• Good timekeeping and attendance are important.
• Transport is essential.
