Job description

The company has a passion for innovation, high quality engineering and creating high performance products and systems. We are looking to recruit an Assembly Operative to support our existing team.
Responsibilities:
· Demonstrably operative as a member of the Marl Organisational Team
· Demonstrate, maintain and actively promote the company, policies and strategy
· Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times
Qualifications:
· A minimum of 5 GCSE’s at grade C and above to include English & Math’s
· Electrical/Electronics’ experience an advantage
· Ability to read drawings an advantage
Role:
· Assembly and test of orders on time, to the correct quality and as efficiently as possible using the correct instructions and equipment
· To partake in internal training as and when required
· Safe use and maintenance of tools and equipment
· Assist with annual stock-take if required
· Additional duties as required by the Company to ensure the smooth running of the business needs
Weekly Hours: Full-time 37 hours Monday to Thursday
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From £11.50 per hour
