Prior Area / Regional Sales experience preferred

We are hiring a Area Manager in the south to oversee Membership Sales and Retention across a cluster of 6 fitness clubs
This is an outstanding opportunity for the right person with extensive sales experience in the membership fitness market.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering sales on target over a sustained period of time in an Area / Regional Sales role previously within the fitness industry.
We are a boutique fitness operator which operates successfully within its own niche in the market and we have seen a superb bounce back in member usage and new member sales since reopening in April 2021 post the most recent lockdown.
Duties
* The Area Manager will help to manage the day to day sales & operations process at each site alongside the Club Manager.
* This will involve daily management and coaching of sales execs at each site through expert insight, analysis and inspiring feedback.
* Leading on the Marketing strategy with the internal need to insure each club is aligned as a group.
Our Area Managers lead by example at all times.
