NPS Leeds represents the successful joint venture between NPS Group and Leeds City Council, providing a wide range of services across architecture, surveying, engineering, and property maintenance.
NPS Leeds are continuing to take on diverse and complex projects across all disciplines, and as a result are looking to recruit an Architectural Technologist into their experienced team on full-time, permanent basis.
In this role, you will contribute to the overall delivery of a project in a number of ways, including producing drawings, undertaking surveys and securing planning permission.
You will engage with clients throughout the whole project lifecycle, meaning your communication skills will be developed through the need to continuously liaise with our partners, understanding specifications, providing updates and giving expert advice as and when required.
Our Successful Candidate:
You will have proven experience within a similar Architectural Technologist position or related role, supported by:
- Professional Membership of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists and be working towards (or prepared to work towards) Chartered status
- Knowledge of working within a similar project environment, undertaking new build and renovation works within the public / education sector
- Familiarity with relevant legislation relating to construction projects
- Any Revit / BIM experience would be an advantage
- HNC / HND (or equivalent) in an Architectural Technology related discipline
