Operations Administration | Hammersmith, London (part time, 3 mornings a week)
We are looking for a reliable, efficient, and enthusiastic Operations Assistant to join our team on a part time basis! We would like someone to join the team for three mornings a week in our Hammersmith office. This will be a contract role to the end of 2023.
You will help us with a range of administrative tasks to help keep our business humming and ensure that we are delivering the best possible service to our customers.
What you will do:
- Sort, manage, and forward all inbound post that we receive on behalf of our customers and help troubleshoot any issues that may come up - this done on our backend systems and is as automated as it can be.
- Organise all physical documents in our office and help maintain order
- Assist with administrative tasks that need to be completed on behalf of our customers
- Provide feedback on where our existing processes may be improved or updated
You should apply if you:
- Have a keen operational mindset - you are process-driven and efficient
- Are highly organised and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with computer-based systems and are willing to learn
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired but not required:
- You have worked in fast-paced office environment previously
- You have experience working in a similar operations or data entry role
- You have some customer or client facing experience and aren't afraid to speak with customers directly!
