Job description
Create, amend and update all electronic Estates Record information.
Produce design, detailing and specification information for development and maintenance projects. Input into visual presentations, graphics and documents as required.
Instruct and specifying contracted service, related to the maintenance and development of Estates Rocords and construction design and specification services, under the direction of the Senior Architect
Assist in developing the Estates Records Sharepoint site and migrating the Estates record information to searchable data and BIM models
Provide support and technical knowledge on design, architecture, specification, detailing and construction, under supervision of the Senior Architect, to all areas of Estates and SPS

Degree or HND/C in Architectural Technology (equivalent or relevant significant experience working in the role)

Significant experience detailing and specifying new build and maintenance non- domestic projects (Public Sector preferable).

Comprehensive knowledge and experience of AutoCAD and Revit packages. Working knowledge of BIM within construction and maintenance.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is essential, with experience in Photoshop & InDesign a bonus.
