We are CUPP; an independent bubble tea company founded in Bristol and now expanding across the UK. We see ourselves as bubble tea pioneers, striving to refine every element of the famous Taiwanese drink. To make it the freshest, healthiest and tastiest bubble tea in the UK!

Our company is growing fast, with 25 successful bubble tea stores nationwide and several more opening this year. We're now looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our HQ and Warehouse team.

Your role

As our Warehouse Manager, you’ll be experienced in varied warehouse and stock management roles with proven experience in leading a safe and efficient warehouse. You will manage daily orders of stock shipped out on pallets, facilitate and organise incoming shipments from Taiwan as well as stock tracking, ordering and rotation. Along with adhering and advocating a safe and compliant working environment, managing team members, planning and implementing new systems.

You will play a key role in supporting our CUPP sites in keeping stock levels efficient as well as ensuring the smooth day to day running of our new Warehouse HQ.

Your Key Responsibilities:

You will be primarily responsible for carrying out the following duties:

● Managing the warehouse team members and liaising with the office team to process daily stock orders for our stores nationwide; picking orders, packing pallets, shipping

● Management tasks such as rotas, holiday requests, performance reviews and HR procedures within your team

● Recruitment
● Booking pallet deliveries and liaising with our office team and haulage company.
● Daily, weekly and monthly Health and Safety checks using our Due Diligence system
● Using fork lift and packing equipment safely and efficiently.
● Arranging further training and progression for the warehouse team.
● Ensuring the warehouse is a safe, secure and compliant working environment for all employees and visitors, ensuring health and safety procedures are adhered to, recorded and reviewed

● Source and purchase inventory then manage stock levels.
● Organise shipments from overseas; assisting agency with clearance documents. Once arrived in warehouse, ensuring stock is rotated and stored safely.
● Balance stock counts daily, weekly and monthly.
● Track financial implications of wastage and picking errors.
● Day to day duties, ensuring smooth running of the warehouse; liaising with the office team in ordering supplies, general cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse.

● Be the first point of contact in our warehouse for internal and external queries.
● Seek cost saving opportunities and collaborations with suppliers and partner companies.
● Source technology and equipment to improve efficiency and accuracy of all warehouse operations.
● Be an energetic and positive manager ensuring the team is well trained, supported and challenged in their role.

Salary:

Starting £28K DOE

Quarterly bonus structure based on Key Performance Indicators
