Salary commences at £35,000 increasing to £36,000 with additional 2 x £1000 salary increases based on succession completion of internal training taking basic salary to £38,000 plus yearly performance related bonus of 10% (paid in quarterly instalments based) yearly OTE of £41,800! As a Disability Specialist you will be responsible for conducting assessments with clients to determine the impact of their conditions on their daily lives. Based on your findings, you will write detailed reports that will be used to decide their eligibility for disability benefits.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing claimants
- Composing thorough reports based on the information gathered during assessments
To be considered for this position, you must possess:
- At least 12 months of post-qualification experience as a Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD), Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Paramedic, Speech and Language therapist or Pharmacist.
- No prior experience as a Disability Specialist is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided
