Job description
Chronicle generates around about 110 leads a month from its Website and social media sites.
The sales team contact initially but if they don't get a meeting booked quite often the chance to call back or follow up doesn't materialise.
We are looking for a person who can work alongside the existing sales team to help book online demos and appointments.
The person needs has to have strong communication skills and be confident on the phone.
We manage all client data in our CRM Pipedrive system and use Microsoft Outlook and Teams for meetings. It is important to be able to navigate the leads and make updates and notes on the enquiries.
Candidates would be expected to identify on the call which products the prospect wants to look at.
i.e Time and Attendance and HR Module
How many Employees the business has?
How many sites?
The type of data capture devices required - facial recognition, fingerprint biometric, card or fob, smart phone clocking.
What pridcut or method the company currently uses - i.e paper timesheets, punch card machine or old client server solution.
What payroll product they use and the frequency of the run. i.e weekly, monthly fortnightly.
They should also be able to explain Why choose Chronicle by doing a little mini elevator pitch and answer a few basic questions in order to book the meeting.
Training will be provided and support given.
