Job Opportunity: Outreach Specialist (Full-Time, Remote)

We also continue to lead the industry in coaching company directors and CEOs to achieve their fitness goals. As an Outreach Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and promoting our fitness and business coaching services. This full-time remote position offers flexibility, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in the industry.

- Availability to work UK hours
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills
- Coachable mindset and eagerness to learn
- Strong ability to follow directions
- Exceptional time management skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Existing personal profiles on the above platforms
Desirable requirements:
While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Passion or interest in health and fitness or online coaching businesses
- Experience in cold outreach on social media
- Experience in high-ticket sales
Responsibilities:
- Finding and connecting with 50 prospects (social media profiles) daily.
- Engaging prospects through a messaging sequence to book appointments with our closers.
- Utilizing our proven strategy to work efficiently and effectively.
- Following the provided scripting and frameworks to ensure consistent and persuasive communication.
- Coordinating with our team to schedule discovery calls for all interested prospects.
- All prospects will be scheduled for discovery calls, during which you will utilize our specific script that we will provide training on.
- Primarily using social media messaging platforms to conduct outreach and communication.
- In addition, once you have demonstrated consistency and proficiency in your role, you may also be supplied with inbound leads to further support your outreach efforts.
How much will you be paid:
- Ticket prices for products are £3k-£5400k.
- COMMISSIONS: 10% for cash collected on every deal closed + bonuses.
Expected Monthly Income:
- Potential to earn £2000-£12k in commissions per month.
