About This Role
As a Sr. Solutions Consultant, you will partner with the Sales Organisation, working closely alongside our Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives to achieve sales and bookings goals. You will provide product and technical expertise throughout the sales process as well as serve a key contributor in defining the product-solution design and approach to solve to prospective clients’ requirements. You will communicate your understanding of the market landscape and Monetate’s key differentiators to explain “Why Monetate” to prospective clients and help close deals.

What You’ll Do
- Engage in prospective client technical discovery sessions to understand and evaluate their current state, processes, systems and pain points.
- Create customised technical and narrative-based software demonstrations, detailed solution illustrations, and comprehensive integration diagrams.
- Present product demos, presentations, and training sessions both remotely and on-site with prospects or clients in order to communicate solutions that solve pain points and drive value.
- Consult clients and prospects using your valuable industry expertise, thought leadership, and insight to drive innovative uses of our software in order to add value.
- Work closely with our Professional Services and Success teams as well as our Partners to ensure accurate and successful delivery of SOWs and services sales pitches.
- Provide timely, accurate, and favorable responses to technical and business requirements via RFPs/Proposals.
- Maintain and update organised records of deal artifacts/documentation in Sharepoint.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales leadership, Professional Services, Product Management and other areas of the business to champion the solution vision and vision we see with our clients and prospects.
What You’ll Need
- 4+ yrs prior experience as a Solutions Consultant or Sales Engineer at a B2B SaaS company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with a proven ability to communicate technical concepts to broad audiences.
- Technically savvy and able to quickly learn Monetate’s product features and capabilities; knowledge of web technologies such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript, JSON and REST APIs.
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset, being able to accurately address topics in a timely manner.
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Fluent in a European language other than English.
- Prior MarTech experience preferred.
