Job description

We are seeking a full time ( Monday thru Thursday )Treatment Coordinator for our established multi doctor general dental office.

We are looking for a person who has both excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills. Minimal dental experience required .

Our practice is committed to excellence in both dentistry and patient care, and this person is tasked with ensuring these standards are met on a daily basis.

The Treatment Coordinator is responsible for the following essential duties:

  • Helping to create an atmosphere that ensures the highest quality dental experience for patients
  • Maintaining a friendly and welcoming relationship with all patients
  • Responsible for answering phones and greeting patients with professionalism and care
  • Presenting treatment plans, collecting payments
  • Verifying insurance eligibility and estimating co-pays
  • Scheduling patients and collecting all necessary information
  • Being part of the high standards for ethical and professional conduct at all times
  • Participating in the goals of the practice
  • Accurate balancing of all office transactions
  • Thoroughly answering patients’ questions

The ideal candidate will have at least the minimum skills and abilities:

  • A high attention to detail and ability to problem solve
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong background in Dentrix and understanding of dental insurances
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized and energetic
  • Must have experience and in-depth knowledge of dental systems
  • High level of professionalism- including attire and appearance
