People & Culture Admin - Part -Time (24h) £28k pro rata
We are looking for an awesome and energetic part-time (24h) People & Culture Admin to support the P&C team. The ideal candidate will be interested in growing within People & Culture; will be a Team Player with a strong sense of integrity and a fun-loving person with a great sense of humour.
The 280-bedroom Hyatt Place London City East – is managed by the award winning Cycas Hospitality, ours is the first property under the Hyatt Place brand in Central London. Occupying a prime position in the bustling district of Aldgate on Whitechapel, close to brick lane and Shoreditch, and just minutes from the heart of London’s Financial district.

Key Accountabilities
- Assist the People and Culture Manager with the administration of all related processes and procedures.
- Co-ordinate and manage on-boarding and off-boarding processes for employees, including assisting with inductions where needed
- Assisting with administration of all starter and leaver information and ensuring all Colleague information is accurate and up to date.
- Work with the People & Culture Manager and support services on incentives and rewards that address our focus on wellbeing, rewards, payroll administration and recognition with award entries.
- Assist with the recruitment of new Cycadettes.
- Be proactive in engagement activities.
- Be a Cycas Culture embassador.
General Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment as a P&C administrator and relevant qualifications are desirable.
- Excellent people and communication skills, naturally personable.
- Strong administrative skills including knowledge of HR systems, Microsoft Office, Teams and digital platforms.
- Must have good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluent English communication proficiency, expertise in a second language would be desirable.
