Customer Service Advisor
Full time; Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm

Our Customer Services Advisors are the front line of our business, dealing directly with our valued customers. Whether you’re working on inbound calls or emails, we’ll train you to give exceptional customer service. You are never just a cog in a wheel.
We want to employ customer champions to take orders, convert customers to better value own-label products and services, effectively handle customer queries and complaints, and work in the background on our websites.
The customer is at the centre of everything we do, so as a Customer Service Advisor at Vivactive, you will:
- Be passionate about customer service
- Have great communication skills
- Have a good level of computer proficiency
- Be comfortable working as part of a team
- Remain composed and focus on the customer in a dynamic and changing environment
A desirable, but not totally necessary skillset would be:
- Experience of working in a customer-centric environment or care sector position
- A words per minute count of 70 or above
- Experience of operating webchat
