Software Platform that helps support over 1.3 million people. They have a string customer ethos and are looking to provide a very efficient platform. As an application Support Engineer you will be a keen problem solver, great communicator and have a passion for technology.
The role will work closely with the customers, customer service team and software development team helping to achieve speedy resolutions.
Skills
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills
- Technical knowledge- ideally experience in T-SQL, .net (Vb.net / C#), SQL, APIS
