The Aura Vision Mission
Offline retail accounts for 90% of all retail sales globally, but unlike online ecommerce, it's still incredibly challenging for brick-and-mortar retailers to measure how to increase sales and productivity across hundreds of locations. Aura Vision is changing this, with our unique plug & play AI technology that harnesses existing security cameras, delivering incredibly detailed and cost-effective analytics to future proof our retail clients!

Your Mission
Help scale Aura Vision by building our outbound sales model and becoming the cornerstone of our sales team.
You will work closely with the Founders and our Growth, Account Management and Customer Success teams to grow the sales pipeline and develop best practices that will ensure our long-term scalability. You'll work towards weekly and monthly targets to generate new leads and qualify prospects. We’ll problem solve and ideate together to find the most efficient and impactful sales process. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing a career in sales, and who later down the line, may want to lead and grow our SDR function and eventually move into an Account Management role supporting our most valued clients.

What You'll Be Working On...
- Identifying new leads: Research the market, utilise prospecting and research tools to identify and target relevant leads to match Aura Vision’s ideal customer profile
- Reaching new prospects: Execute outbound campaigns in conjunction with our Growth team (emails, calls, video-mails, social selling) to qualify leads into prospects following our clearly defined qualification criteria
- Developing new customers: Understand customer needs to gather key prospect information, generate interest and bring high-quality prospects into the sales pipeline
- Delivering results: Pursue both individual and team goals and work towards monthly targets and KPIs
- Develop the playbook: Bring your sales skill set to the table and work closely with our Founders and sales team in growing our world-class sales team
We think you'll excel in this role if you...
- Extremely organised - you’ll be owning and managing your sales pipeline and KPIs, so it’s crucial you can prioritise your work and manage your time effectively
- Highly motivated by targets - you’ll have a strong drive to succeed and hit your weekly and monthly KPIs
- Passionate about sales - you’ll genuinely care about helping people find the right solution, and you’ll have a proactive approach to expanding your knowledge of our product offering and our market
- Knowledge of systems would be a bonus - it would be great if you have working knowledge of Hubspot, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo, but this isn’t a deal breaker!
- Experience selling to enterprise retailers is an advantage - a working understanding of how retail stores operate and how retailers evaluate and buy enterprise software products would be a significant advantage
- Excellent verbal and written English is essential - you’ll be communicating with our potential customers on a daily basis
- Drive & motivation - you’ll be a self-starter who thrives on autonomy, enjoys a rapid pace and wants to make a difference
