Carring out works on void properties
Finisher / snagger - carry out prepaint snagging and preping for painter
Finsher / snagger - carry out final works ready for handover
Labourer - carry out rip out works, paper strip, plaster off walls removing old kitchens and doors to skips getting property ready for next trade.
Muti trade - to attend properties carry out minor painting , joinery, tiling
