The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.Due to our incredible growth, we’re looking for Customer Service Advisors to help us deliver exceptional customer experiences for some of the world’s biggest and most well-known brands.
We have various full time and part time opportunities across our multiple clients and campaigns for work on site* and hybrid roles (part time on site / part time at home), at our state of the art site in Belfast - Maysfield (Lanyon Place).
As a Customer Service Advisor within our friendly and supportive team, you will be responsible for:
- Handling incoming enquiries via the phone, email or online chat
- Providing support to effectively resolve customer queries,
- Providing the best possible customer experience,
- Updating customer records

Your Skills
To be considered for this role, you need to have the following:
- 6 customer service experience (in any environment – retail, office, hospitality, care)
- Courteous, friendly, and professional manner
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work with computer systems
- Attention to detail & proactive approach to solving problems
