Site Administrator - Part-time (21 hours per week)
Salary: £22,000 - £25,500 (pro rata) depending on experience, plus bonus and benefits listed below.

Why Hereford?
You may not know this but at HEINEKEN we love apples! We own orchards, a fruit mill, and the world’s largest Cider plant (or Ciderie as we like to call it) in Herefordshire. We’re famous for beer but we own some of the UK’s most loved Cider brands including Strongbow, Bulmer’s Old Mout, Inch’s and Symonds to name a few. At our Hereford site we employ just over 300 colleagues, and we pride ourselves in having a fantastic site, with a great safety record, producing great quality cider.
What’s the role?
As a Site Administrator at Heineken, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our brewery administration operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and knack for problem-solving will be instrumental to helping the wider team. You can make the role your own and can choose to spread the 21 hours per week between Monday – Friday in whichever way works best for you!
Here is a glimpse of what your exciting role will entail:
- Administration of time and attendance system, working with our people managers to ensure consistency.
- Booking Occupational Health Appointments and ensuring everyone is up to date with their medicals
- Putting PowerPoint presentations together for briefings, and arranging meetings and briefings
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, making sure the site has what it needs to thrive.
- Booking venues for offsite days, ensuring refreshments, stationery and resources are available
- Updating and maintain posters and communication displays around site, including creation of our quarterly newsletter
- Act as a central point of contact for site inquiries, facilitating communication between departments and ensuring everyone is on the same page
- FTE reporting
Who we’re looking for:
We are looking for a diligent individual with an eye for detail and likes working across multiple projects at one time and can work from their own initiative. On top of that, you may have the following:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with great stakeholder management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
