Seeking Customer Service Representatives to Join our All-Star Team!

Responsibilities and Duties
*Provide exceptional service throughout the customer buying experience.
*Communicating effectively in-person, over the phone, and via email.
*Navigating and using various provided computer programs as selling tools.
*Facilitating steps of the sale, such as the vehicle appraisal process, taking test drives, and submitting finance applications.
*Product Training and Process Training Provided.
*Seeking out opportunities for self-development, participating in training and welcoming performance feedback.
*Building and maintaining strong relationships and demonstrating excellent teamwork.
*Maintaining the sales area so our vehicles and products are neatly and accurately displaced.
Qualifications and Skills
* All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, drug test, and valid drivers license.
