Mixam is a leading online print company. We are looking for a customer service print specialist to join our growing team!
Acting as a link between customers and our production teams, this role will oversee print orders from start to finish resolving concerns that may appear in the ordering process. This includes assisting customers with a wide variety of inquiries to help reach their print goals by phone, email and live chat.
Fostering good relationships with customers through proactive outreach and engagement, you will use your experience to advise on products and methods to achieve the best print result.
To be considered for the role, print or design background along with customer service experience is required. You will need a keen interest in print, particularly on bound multi-page items such as Books, Magazines and Comics. We are also looking for enthusiastic individuals that want to give a reliable, engaging and excellent support experience to our customers.
