Job responsibilities:
As a Strategy Associate, you will support efforts in solving complex problems and implementation issues critical to the Home Lending group.
This position represents an excellent opportunity for you to:
- Define and deconstruct problems
- Structure and build quantitative and qualitative/conceptual analyses
- Analyze operational and performance data
- Prioritize issues, analysis, and team capacity
- Work collaboratively with team members across all divisions within home lending
- Identify implications and “so whats” of data and analysis within the team
- Contribute to concise communication materials for senior management; track and manage project efforts aimed at improving the Home Lending Advisors (HLA) experience
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 3+ years of experience in a data and analytical role
- An outstanding ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently (both oral and written), and work well in cross-functional teams
- Excellent and efficient skills using MS Excel and PowerPoint tools (absolutely required)
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills – and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels in a peer-like way, and achieve goals without direct control over resources
- Openness to an environment of active developmental feedback from peers
- Ability to translate data driven problems and solutions in power point and story boards
